Sussex ADHD Support Group run a monthly Drop-In Session on Saturdays. This takes place from 10.00 - 12.00 on the second Saturday in the month (not August or December) at:

Parking is available outside the building - we will issue permits to visitors on arrival.
Members of the Support group committee (who are all volunteers) will be available to talk to you and refreshments are provided. There will be some leaflets and information for you to take away. We also have a library of books on ADHD and associated conditions which you are welcome to look at. These are available for members to borrow. There will usually be other people either with ADHD themselves or who have children with ADHD and it is often helpful to share information.

Everyone is welcome to these drop-ins. If you need to bring your children with you, there are some toys available to play with, but you are reminded that it is your responsibility to supervise your children.

We are considering setting up a monthly group for adults with ADD/ADHD. This will meet in the evening, possibly in Burgess Hill. Partners will be welcome to attend as well. Anyone who is interested should phone or email.

We will be setting up local sub-groups to provide support in different parts of Sussex and have approached CAMHS for assistance with this. We need volunteers to help to run these and will provide any help that is necessary, together with a small library of books and some toys. Anyone who is interested in getting involved should phone or email.
